More and more low-emission zones and tougher restrictions on access
The network of low-emission zones in German is becoming more closely knit. Since 1 January 2010, the number has increased from 34 to 40. And now only vehicles displaying a green particulate matter sticker can enter Berlin and Hanover. This sticker is awarded to retrofitted Euro-3-compliant diesel passenger cars.
